Terry Bradshaw's Dog is Spoiled Rotten

I got four doxxies who might wish like hell I would let them do that.
We have 2.  My wife sits in the floor every evening and feeds them by hand.  They're pretty spoiled too.  7 lb dogs who thing they're 200 lbs.

LOL

One of ours has a deep, booming bark that makes her sound like she's a much, much larger dog. And yeah all of ours except the oldest one act like Billy Badass.

Now my oldest one is a bit of a booze hound. When he was younger, he'd watch football with me. Of course, I usually had some beer while watching, and occasionally I'd pour a tiny bit into my hand for him. I don't do that anymore, but apparently he enjoyed it enough that he's pulled off a few successful beer heists. Probably the funniest one happened to my wife. I was out of town for something or another, and my wife came home after what sounded like a really stressful day at work. There was one beer left in the fridge, so she grabbed it to have a drink while she unwound. She said she had maybe taken two sips out of it before getting up to go to the bathroom or something. When she came back, the beer was gone. Investigating further, she finds the dog over in the corner with the bottle tipped over, lapping up some Blue Moon from the floor.

Of course I get cussed out for it.

Now I have two dachshunds and they are spoiled to a ridiculous degree, but there is no way I would let them eat off my plate -- no begging while we're eating.  However, I have shared water with them out of my glass, so the line of distinction is admittedly pretty thin, lol.

By the way, Terry has a good looking dog.

My sister's Cocker Spaniel essentially lives inside now.

He won't beg at the table.  Instead he stares at you and barks loudly if you don't feed him after a while.  He doesn't want to be left out.

Too much salt is not good for older dogs like him, so you have to be mindful of stuff like that.

Sometimes I will put his treat bag on the table with me so he thinks that's what I am eating, too, and won't be picky.

He's overweight, but it's mainly because he has arthritis or something and has trouble getting around.
