Most of us were in agreement that for any improvement to happen this year, Shane would need to get more from players than Champ got last year - that player development was Job 1 (or 1a along with recruiting). When you look at this list all you can really do is tip your cap to the staff, especially Shane, Coach Stepp, Coach White and Coach Gray, IMO.
