Would be great to Ace Sanders 2.0! And we need WR badly!!! Someone that can a take a short pass and turn it into a huge gain or TD.
Kind of a dud. First time in while that I feel like this really my first time ever with this feeling. Hope it is my last dud feeling. Been crazy about recruiting since the late 70s. Really nothing here has me fired up. When Beamer get's his people in and get them on the recruiting trail will feel better, but will be next year before the Gamecocks can make roads on the recruiting trail. Be honest not in no hurry to just hire coaches just to say they are hired. I want to see the Gamecocks add the best staff Beamer can get. He is going to need them to turn this mess around. It's a tall order ahead and every man will have to but 100% plus. GO COCKS LETS GET THE BEST!!
Let me add I am not down on Beamer I just think you cannot rush putting a staff on deck. Very very important here to get it right the first time. just being real knowing what lays ahead and when things roll are way will even be more exciting then when the Ole ball coach was going 10 and 11 win season. Looking forward to better days and put the last 3 years in the rearview mirror.

To be honest from the start before the firing I did not expect a top 25 class. My thinking was mid 40s to mid 50s. Then with the firing it doubled to 90th+ I did not and repeat did not expect anything better then this year. I totally understand, simply nothing here that excites. This well could be one of the worse classes in many of year and I fully expected this case, also fans want Beamer to hire a staff thinking it could make a big difference to late for that is my main point. Lets get if all possible the best coaches that Beamer can bring in. But give him the time to make it happen. Do not hurry up just bringing body's in same with this class. Save the Scholarships for next year and see what you can get out of the portal. Hope I clarified what I said in earlier post in this thread. Just been one dud of a season on and off the field. Just pointing to better days ahead and they will be ahead and be more enjoyable now with all the bad years we have had. Just make sure to enjoy them when it happens, with Gamecock faithful never seem to last long.

Damn Yancy. I knew a coaching change would hurt, but not like that. Last in the SEC and 107th overall? Yikes. I understand why it happened, but that sucks.
