That was the headline in one paper this morning after my beloved Philadelphia Eagles got thrashed by the Cowboys last night - but it is the perfect one-sentence summary of our season so far.  We have GOT to stop killing ourselves with penalties: through 4 games, we have 29 penalties; our opponents have 19. It's not even close. Combine the penalties with other self-inflicted wounds like last weekend's drops and ... well, you get what you get.

Coach 'em up, staff. The only way we can consistently win with less talent is by being efficient and limiting mistakes.

Well, they did let Duce get out the door in the offseason...

Yes indeedy - just like our beloved board founder, Feathered, I grew up in Wilmington, DE., just a few miles from the PA line. I moved there when I was 12 from NYC.

Just curious are you from the area or how you became an Eagles fan?

Cool.  I've been through that area a ton of times for work.  Ever been down to the William Penn?

Half the stuff in the "Greater Tri-State Area" is named after Billy P. Which one in particular?
True.  Sorry - the William Penn Inn.  Got a great steak there once.  Also was a place in Philly that closed called Book Binders.  Dropped some $ in there over the years.
