Trooper Del's wing recipe

An old friend from many boards ago asked on our FB group if any of us had the most excellent wing recipe that the (in)famous Trooper Del used.  I kept my copy stored on Cocky Talk.  Everyone else had lost theirs too.  Finally another old friend sent me a message asking if the recipe I once sent him was the one in question.  Indeed it was!  Trooper Del's wings live!  Here it is complete with the awesome blue cheese dipping sauce.

That's a pretty good marinade. I chopped up some wings early this morning, and put them in that marinade for about 5 hours. I opted to throw them in the smoker rather than grilling them. With no other sauces or rubs, they turn out pretty decent. I think next time I'll do the marinade then rub them with a little magic dust before cooking.
