USC is one of the final four with SAF Ja’Qurious Conley of Jacksonville, NC. He has an official visit with the Gamecocks set for the Alabama game. This weekend he plans to visit unofficially either Virginia Tech or North Carolina, depending on his father’s availability to travel. Duke is the fourth school on his list.
QB Shedeur Sanders of Cedar Hill, TX plans to visit Florida State this weekend. He has a USC offer, his brother is a freshman DB with the Gamecocks, and he’s the son of Deion Sanders.
2021 RB Evan Pryor of Cornelius, NC plans to visit Oregon this weekend. He has an offer from USC.
A new 2021 prospect to watch for in the state is DL Kaseem Vauls (6-1 240) of Irmo. He started last season for Vance High in Charlotte and had 11 sacks and 12 tackles for loss. Vauls said he’s drawing interest from Clemson, Notre Dame, Duke, Hawaii, Michigan State and Gardner-Webb. And he attended a camp at USC.
Clemson will hold its annual All-In Cookout Friday night. Paul Strelow of TigerIllustrated reported that Hammond DE Jordan Burch and his mother plan to attend.
