Two USC recruiting targets came off the board Tuesday. Former Gamecock commitment DB PJ Blue of Montgomery, AL committed to Louisville and DL Naquan Jones of Evanston, IL, who had planned to take an official visit with the Gamecocks, recommitted to Michigan State.
