Has not impressed me this year. If you talk to dawg fans or listened to any prognosticators all offseason, their D was going to be their biggest strength.. grant ham had all the talent he needed finally… But they cannot stop ANYBODY. against mostly mediocre to subpar competition they are allowing an average of 22 points per game! The best team they have played- UT, their most recent opponent- who they played with all their thugs back from suspension.. Put up 44 points! If UT had any kind of defense, they would have blown UGA out!

I am in no way saying this is an easy game or saying their defense is just utter garbage. There is talent on that side of the ball for them.. But NOT THE KIND OF TALENT WE HAVE ON DEFENSE! We have played comparable talent thus far this season in most respects (even one of the exact same teams they played) and we are so far allowing one HALF as many points on average. I think UT has a good passing attack, but they do not have the rushing attack we have, their QB is not as mobile as ours, and their D can’t hold a candle to ours. WE SHOULD WIN THIS GAME. We should beat Georgia, AGAIN, and we have the kind of team that can go undefeated this season. The Vandy and UK games showed us what our team is made of, everything goes against us, on the road in the SEC and we still won both games. Now we are getting UGA at home, as long as we keep the gremlins away, we have a good enough team to extend our UGA win streak to three games. We need to do it and I hope we do it in style. Georgia has not faced a challenge like us yet, and I don’t think their D is good enough to stop us. Real talk.
