Update on Arnette and Fenton

After speaking with a source early Monday afternoon, I am more optimistic about South Carolina’s chances to hold on to Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) St. Thomas Aquinas three-star cornerback Damon Arnette and to land Miami (Fla.) Carol City three-star cornerback Rashad Fenton.
Arnette took an official visit to Ohio State over the weekend, while Fenton tripped to Louisville. I feel Fenton to South Carolina and plan to hold tight with my Gamecock prediction for Arnette, barring a change in what I’m hearing from my sources. Fenton could announce tonight or tomorrow. Arnette could make his announcement sometime on Tuesday.
