Former USC commitment DB JJ Givens of Mechanicsville, VA has set official visits with Miami, NC State and Maryland the next three weekends. 247Sports reported he is down to Maryland, NC State, Miami, Arizona State and Memphis but Givens said Wednesday the Gamecocks are not officially out of it with him. He visited USC for camp and unofficially during the season but never took an official visit and doesn’t plan one. He still lists eight schools…USC, Clemson, North Carolina, Arizona State, Wisconsin, NC State, Maryland and Michigan State.
DL Aaron Thompson of Ft. Lauderdale will take official visits the next three weekends to Maryland, Tennessee and USC.
