USC has not been shy about diving into junior colleges for 2015 prospects. The Gamecocks’ latest offer to a junior college talent went out to 4 star OL Paris Palmer (6-9 305) of Lackawanna JC, PA. Palmer is a native of North Carolina.
Palmer has also been recently offered by Ohio State, Penn State, East Carolina, Arizona State and Temple. He plans to visit USC later this spring.
