No. 12 seed South Carolina opens SEC Tournament action on Wednesday night in game one, facing No. 13 seed Ole Miss. The Gamecocks are seeking their first conference tournament victory since beating the Rebels in 2018, 85-84, in the opening round in St. Louis.
Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. (ET) on SEC Network with Tom Hart (pxp), Daymeon Fishback (analyst) and Gamecock graduate Alyssa Lang (sidelines) on the call for the broadcast.
Carolina is 5-5 against Ole Miss all-time in the SEC Tournament. The Gamecocks last win in the conference tournament in Nashville was against the Rebels in the second round in 2015, 60-58. Carolina is 6-9 all-time in what is now Bridgestone Arena.
