The Gamecocks look to bounce back tonight following the loss to Texas A&M.

Tipoff against the Rebels is slated for 6:30 p.m. (ET) on SEC Network with Mike Morgan (pxp) and Daymeon Fishback (analyst) on the call.

Matchup: Ole Miss leads the series 23-21.

Hopefully Lamont gets his first home SEC win tonight. If we had gotten the win at Vandy on the road, we would only be 2-3 in the SEC right now.

The blow-outs were obviously bad, but we were probably not going to beat the Vols and Aggies. A ten-point loss to either team is about the same thing to me.

You just have to win by one point and a loss is a loss.

Official attendance for the TAMU game was 10,883 and 10,704 for the UT game. Not bad numbers at all despite the losses. I would expect about 7-8K tonight since it's during the week.

Early tip-off, too, while folks are still on the road for rush hour.

Having car trouble with both vehicles right now, so can't make the trek to the CLA right now like I have in past years. Otherwise, I would probably be there tonight.

30-20 bad guys at half
Gamecocks shooting 30%, Meechie 0 for from the field, he needs to find his stroke in the 2nd and maybe Coach Paris will let the 6 players that have not played get a shot, Benson and Minott come to mind...

CLA attendance for the Ole Miss game was 9,171 and that's not bad at all for a weeknight game. People came to watch a bounce-back win, but the team laid a dang egg instead.

Win as a team. Lose as a team. This is a great team when they do what they're supposed to in a game. They are great players that just can't pull it together a lot of the time.

If this team can't stay focus and punk Bruce Pearl and Auburn on Saturday on their home court, then they should just play a pick-up game at a park somewhere in Eau Claire or something.

Stay focus and shock Auburn on Saturday, dang it!!
