Coach Beamer provides the latest update on Gamecock's spring football
March 29, 2022Gamecock football team completed their seventh practice of the spring Tuesday morning. After congratulating the women’s basketball team on reaching the Final Four, reviewing last weekend’s coaches clinic, and promoting the ladies' clinic coming up this weekend, head coach Shane Beamer told the media he remains very pleased with the energy and physicality of practice. He’s also pleased with the fact they’ve suffered no major injuries to this point. The Gamecocks will stage their first major scrimmage of the spring on Saturday.
