Gamecocks held its first bowl practice in Charlotte Sunday morning as the Gamecocks resumed preparations for Thursday’s Dukes Mayo Bowl game against North Carolina. Coach Shane Beamer said freshman reserve OL JonDarius Morgan is not with the team for the bowl due to a death in his family. Also, Beamer said three reserves, who have not been major contributors this season, are suspended for the bowl game, and there have been no Covid issues at this point. (ARTICLE)
