Gamecocks uniform combo for Halloween weekend game with Vanderbilt

For Halloween weekend, South Carolina football will go with white helmets, garnet jerseys and white pants against Vanderbilt.

In a spooky hype video released Thursday evening, the Gamecocks unveiled the look, which they most recently wore last year against Chattanooga.

That video looks like it was shot in that old neighborhood across from Elmwood where the streets are named after SC counties and shows the street sign for Abbeville Street on it.

The Abbeville HS Panthers win with good defense and the triple-option offense, so I am going to go out on possibly a strong limb here and say we might just see the triple-option and I-formation stuff from us on offense tonight.  2A Abbeville beat 4A Hartsville 31-10 earlier this season and the Panthers haven't lost a regular season game in a very long time.

Maybe Dak and/or Jay Urich plus Feaster and Kevin Harris kickin' butt and taking names with the triple-option offense tonight.

So maybe that's the scary thing for Vandy that comes out of the darkness tonight.
