The 5-11, 183-pound four-star player has approximately 15 offers in hand.
The North Carolina native led his team to a state championship in 2012 after rushing for 1,742 yards and 32 rushing touchdowns. He also runs track and participates in the 4x100-meter and 4x200-meter relay races, and the hurdles.
Scott listed his favorites as Clemson, Notre Dame, Ohio State, South Carolina and Tennessee. He plans on taking visits this spring, including a stop to South Bend.
Plans on announcing at either the Under Armour All-America Game or National Signing Day (Feb. 5).
