Gamecocks Open Regular Season Wednesday Hosting North Alabama at 7 p.m.
The USC men’s basketball team opens the season Wednesday night at home against North Alabama, the first of five straight home games as Frank Martin begins his 8th season at the helm of the Gamecocks. The Gamecocks are seeking a return to the NCAA Tournament since their Final Four run in 2017. The Gamecocks were 16-16 last season including 11-7 in the SEC. Monday Martin met with the media to update injuries and take questions about his team.
