Virginia Tech rolls thru Bamberg

Virginia Tech recruiter Charley Wyles paid a visit to Bamberg-Ehrhardt High school Tuesday and empties his pockets of offers. Beamer offers four of Kevin Crosby's players....junior DE LaSamuel Davis, junior DB AJ McDonald, sophomore OL Drew Wilson and freshman ATH Savalas Cann. Samuel also has offers from Clemson, Florida, NC State, North Carolina, Oregon, Wake Forest, Georgia Tech, Kansas State, Southern Cal and UCLA. McDonald is just appearing on the recruiting scene after transferring in from Virginia before last season. Virginia Tech is his first offer but more are expected as coaches see his film. Last season McDonald had 66 tackles, 5 sacks and he forced 6 fumbles. Wilson also has offers from NC State, North Carolina and Florida. And Cann also has offers from USC, Clemson, Florida and North Carolina. North Carolina also was by the school Tuesday. Clemson and Duke are due in on Wednesday.
