I have been a Gamecock fan starting in the early 70s.  Had the pleasure of being the only GC fan in the house for years.  Helped me develop the traits of a true Gamecock.

Thick skin, fighting spirit, more concern for how we play than what the scoreboard shows.  

I don't enjoy mediocrity but would live through a 1-11 season as long as long as the "1" comes in the state championship game and the "11" have to beat the guys for 4 quarters.

Hope this forum has good honest, open dialogues about the game other than just a place to complain and criticize.

Welcome aboard. Love to talk gamecock sports. Been following since early 60s. Agree about complaining all the time though like to hear both sides of the coin. Not just complaining all the time. Feel so far not bad.
