Thanks. I was really glad to find this site. I've been going to Cocky Talk and while it's OK, there are a lot of negative posts there.

I realize that's impossible to avoid, but I'm hoping for more positive and intelligent discourse here. We're all "expert" coaches in our own minds.

Heck I've won at least thirty national championships in my imagination.
