Who needs to emerge for the Gamecocks this fall?

To survive a difficult 2019 slate with success, the Gamecock football program needs to have a few players step forward to provide more production at key spots. Which players will we keep a close eye on in that regard? (VIEW ARTICLE)

+1...I think a lot of it will rely on Jake's ability to remain calm and make rational decisions. In turn, everyone else will feed off of him.

I agree with you on all three but especially Josh Vann. I think when the other defenses start trying to lock down and double Edwards and Smith, Josh is going to be left open more and he really needs to make some big plays.

At the same time, Rico needs to be awake on the play action. He may still get the ball thrown his way if the WR's don't get open. We have all seen how Rico can get thru a D line, hopefully he will bust some open so they really have to watch that play action even more.
