Priester won't be committing soon

WR Ky Priester of Snellville, GA tweeted earlier in the week that he might be committing to USC very soon. Friday, Priester was tweeting a different story. Now he plans to take his official visits before making a commitment. Priester once was committed to Georgia but doesn't appear to be involved any longer with the Bulldogs. USC has been his favorite since he decommitted from Georgia. Vanderbilt also has offered him.

Priester now favoring two

At one point last month WR 4 star Ky Priester 6'1" 185lbs of Snellville, GA said he was close to committing to USC. Then he decided to wait until after taking his official visits before making a decision. And now the Gamecocks have company at the top of his list. Priester said NC State and USC are his current favorites and he will be visiting both. Priester said he was offered by Louisville Friday but he's not that interested in the Cardinals. He also has had offers from Georgia, where he once was committed, and Vanderbilt.

USC still looking good with Priester

South Carolina remains a prime contender for WR Ky Priester of Snellville, GA according to his coach. “I said to him, name me your top two or three, and the first one he mentioned was South Carolina,” Mark Crews said. “Florida is an interest to him. He’s got a couple of friends at West Virginia. He did not mention NC State at that point but since then they may have come on the radar.” Vanderbilt and Louisville also have offered. Priester has called USC and NC State as his top two in recent weeks. The big receiver is in his first year in the program that sent Kenny Miles to USC and has impressed his new coach. “He’s come in and done a great job,” Crews said. “He seems to have a good attitude and works hard. He’s a very athletic player. He’s a dangerous guy when he gets the ball in his hands.”
