Young linebacker gets first look at USC

USC has some early interest in 2021 LB Isi Etute 6'3" 185lbs of Virginia Beach, VA. He got his first close up look at the program Saturday when he came in for an unofficial visit.
“I had a great visit at USC. Its a wonderful school and I really enjoyed my time there” Etute said. “The coaching staff is amazing. They really welcomed me in and gave me a rundown on how the school goes about things. They have a good relationship with the athletes. It’s a place that feels like home away from home. The facility is huge and USC has all the things to make you the best athlete you can be.”
The Gamecocks have not yet offered. Etute said he and the coaches are just now building a relationship and things could happen down the road.
“I’m sure they are interested in me but want to build a relationship first and see me in action before they offer me,” he said.
Etute has an early offer from Old Dominion. He also visited Tennessee during a seven on seven event there.
