We will be facing Georgia next along with Tennessee and Florida.

Lets take off our Garnet glasses and take a look at the truth.

I feel we can beat Tennessee as of now. Seem to be a team in deep trouble. Chance to win 80%

Georgia wow at Georgia. I am  dread to say but as of now they will give us a butt wiping. 20%

Now to Florida. All I can glad the game is here at WB. Gators defense is for real and I am seeing a offense that is getting better every week. We will need to play lights out here 50%

Ok gang convince me other wise or why you agree with my assessment here? Either way GO COCKS BEAT THE DAWGS!!

Didn't watch the UF game, but the first half of the UGA/UT game was pretty good.

I was tired from rehabbing a bathroom in my mom's house, so I went to bed and didn't watch the second half.

Nobody is better at hype than us, so this season is about walking the talk.

I also watched the 4th quarter of the Miami/Va Tech game.  It could be worse. At least we're not The U, foundering about on the seas of mediocrity right now.

I would say one game at a time.  A win by Will against his nationally ranked alma mater would be a signature win in my book.  I like him and want that to happen this year.

All games will be tough ones down the stretch.   I’d like to think we beat UT but their freshman QB looked very good at times vs UGA.   He’d look even better vs our D.  UGA talent wise is heads and shoulders above us.  Watching Fromm go through his progression while standing behind that massive OL is impressive.  Florida D wins most matchups vs our O.  Their DL, LBs and physical corners will be a huge test.   They are also very well coached and Trask has been an upgrade for them.   Vandy is a winnable game.  App St is a toss up as to which USC shows.  If we can lean on them and run the ball consistently well, we wear them down.

For us to beat UGA....we will have to count on our defense limiting explosive plays and creating a few turnovers...I expect our newly found run game and some carefully executed pass plays to keep us in it.

As for the Gators....I am not sure Trask will be 100% that was a nasty lick he took on his knee.

And Tenn ? No problem ...they may come into the game competitive...but no way can they last 4 quarters

As long as we don't beat ourselves.....we have a chance

I believe that we can not only beat UF, but I expect a W. We had them beat in the Swamp last year until we just ran out of defenders - we were razor thin going in and got more players hurt during the game, and just could not field a Defense to stop them from coming back at the end of the game. The injuries left us "Defense-less" against Clemson and UVA also.

Ths year, our Defense is deeper, more talented, and pretty much healthy. Hilinski gives us a better passing attack. We will be the more improved team, and the game is at Willy B.

I opined on this already, but injuries to Franks and Guarantano actually hurt us - their replacements seem to be better passers and make their attacks more two dimensional. But the flip side is that we benefit from the same thing - we lost Bentley when he was in a deep slump, starting with the Akron game, so Hilinski improves our Offense.
You also predicted double digit wins this season, so you should probably mention that in the footnotes of your predictions.

UGa will beat us.  The only question is how badly.

UF - I just don't see that one going in our favor.  My view, of course, may change after the UF/LSU game this weekend.  UF looked good against AU.

UT - We should be the dog-snot out of them, but it will be closer than many will like.  I would be a little more confident if it were at home.

Georgia... who knows if we can beat them but I expect to give them a good fight. Might this be a big game where bounces finally go our way?

TN - Their new QB looked good and the team seemed to respond to him playing. I still think we have more talent across the board and should go into Neyland and get a W.

Florida - Really impressed by their defense; they are good at all three levels so it is going to be hard to move the ball and score on them. Their offense isn't looking very good so I hope we can force the QB (if Trask isn't out by then) into some mistakes. I feel ok about this game since it is at home and we should have a good crowd for it.  Out of the ranked teams we have left to play this is by far the most winnable game we have and need to take advantage of it.

Don't really think we have a chance against Georgia. Just hope we can play well, stay healthy and get better. I think we have a decent chance against the gators, especially playing at Williams Brice. Would be even better if it's a late afternoon/night game. Don't know what to say for the Vols game. As bad as they are, we always seem to bring out the best of them, plus we don't play very well away from home. All three are important games and to win each one would definitely be great for this program. Win 2 outta 3, this fan will be cutting flips. I'm not going to talk about going 1 for 3 or 0 for 3. Praying it don't happen.  :1137988461_smiley01(1)small:

I dont like us against UGA or UF.

I dont know if UF is a legit top 10 team, but we are not a top 40 team so there is a big disparity there.

I'm afraid our coverage and tackling problems will return in Athens. Overall GA looks better than Bama. Our offense needs to play a very good game

Things are starting to settle out going into week 7.  Turns out UNC and Missouri are legit teams and while we gave one away to UNC I think Mizzou is better than FL and finishes 2nd in the east.  Florida got off to a slow start but looked strong against Auburn and they are at least a top 25 team even though overrated now.  Tennessee is improving as well and they have athletes.

Forget about GA but a good showing is imperative otherwise I’m afraid they beat us twice with FL coming up next.  We need confidence coming out of that game to beat the Gators.

Whats critical is to beat Tennessee, App State and Vandy.  If we do that, there is still a decent chance to upset one of the 4 big games left and get to a bowl.
