good post though even if I disagree with some of it
Would be an odd "plan" all along.
Like pissing on your shoes and saying you needed to wash your socks anyway
trump got spooked plain & simple. I dont really care though, as long as his BS tariffs never go into effect we will be good
I don't view a trade deficit as a threat. And I certainly do not view it as a basis for any new tariffs. Broadly like this- so so so stupid.
The US dollar has been getting stronger before this announcement, its key to keep that strong to keep our economy the strongest in the world. There are...
trump just had his college girl spokesperson stand up there and say he wants to bring iPhone manufacturing to the US.
how much do you think an iPhone made in the US would cost? $5,000? $10,000? more? ...I may have to take out a HELOC loan! hahaha

To calculate the...
Who is reporting that? They are incorrectly reporting it
your question is not valid because these tariffs are not based on what other countries are charging and would require some knowledge/information about what they are charging. It likely varies widely based on industry or products of...
These tariffs are NOT based on "what other countries charge us." It is a calculation they used based on the trade deficit, period.
a good example is Vietnam. Vietnam charges a 10% tariff. Trump's announcement was a whopping 46% to business coming from that market
Ackman was very vocal about his support for Trump, 3 months later and he has a derangement against him?
Get your head out of your ass
He and most Americans don’t like to see the president crash the economy, go figure
