It's all a part of the professional league's collective bargaining agreement. Baseball's eligibility rules have been set for such a long time (I'd guess at least 50 years, maybe more), that they're unlikely to change.
I've never really had any of the higher end bourbons. Mainly because none of the stores I frequent carry them and I refuse to pay secondary market prices. I have read reviews on the Calumet 16 and they are all really positive. While I can't say if it's worth the price, I'd probably get one if...
Enjoyed a few pours of the Broken Barrel I posted about earlier while watching the NBA playoffs.
Just reread my last post here and damn I'm long winded. Lol sorry bout that y'all.
We spent a full week up there so we had time to do more. We did 3 full tours and the rest were just tastings. Unless you have specific questions about the mash bill or barrels, you only need to do a couple of tours imo. In order, I would rank the tours as Maker's Mark, Buffalo Trace, Woodford...
Ok, so it's not an actual NCAA rule, which I thought would just be insanely stupid. ThIs is more that there may be external reasons keeping them from participating.
Are they really not allowed to participate in off-season workouts? I would have assumed that they would be able to participate as long as they were enrolled in summer classes. I understand it if they couldn't participate because of needing to work to pay tuition, but not being able because of...
I had that same problem with the bourbon trail lol. We went to 10 or so and that's not even scratching the surface on the number of distilleries up there.
I do like whiskeys finished in wine/rum/sherry barrels. I have a bottle of Amador bourbon that was finished in chardonnay barrels. Looking forward to cracking the seal on that one, although I'll probably wait until I finish a couple of my already open bottles. Lately, I've been on a Scotch kick...
I'm curious to see how well he transitions to college basketball too. It was hard to really tell much from the couple of clips I saw on Twitter. It reminded me of Seventh Woods' SCISA highlights. It looked like he and Federiko were playing against competition well below their talent level. I'll...
Looks like Ugusuk is coming in the 2023 class, but will be redshirting this season.

I am cautiously optimistic for next year now. I think we've got a good mix of experience and youth. I think we'll be more competitive while laying the foundation for future success at the same time.
Both committed to South Carolina earlier today. Some reports have Ugusuk as class of 2023, some class of 2024. Federiko is still listed as class of 2024.
I think they would still be in trouble. They failed to adapt to online commerce as well as being beat out in price by Wal-Mart/Target for brick & mortar.
Yeah, that's a great question. Some of the comments were funny though. Stuff like "that's in eastern Washington, nobody should be surprised by this" which I take it to be similar to us saying something is from Pickens lol.
