All I saw after Sin and a legacy player in Dozier was a bunch of project players and a consistent turnover in players. It was like we turned the roster every year and I don't think we are markedly improved or light years ahead of where we were since that final 4 run. I actually think he failed...
I think on offense the game plan was to pound them and wear them out, which did work. I am not sure why it took so long to adjust on the defensive side early on, but I liked the second half adjustments. Shout to to a couple of players. I thought Wannamaker played very well. I have been...
Commercials constantly overran game play. Announcers were not good. The color commentary guy sounded like a parrot just kept repeating whatever the analyst guy said. It was really bad. Plays you wanted to see a replay of you rarely got to see. It is really no wonder ESPN is losing money...
I thought 6 would be about it at the beginning of this year and still feel we can get 6 but not expecting a lot more. Until we get some offensive lineman with some attitude I think we will struggle. Combine that with the injuries on an already thin defense and I think we have an uphill battle.
I find myself wondering what might have been if they had let Joyner play QB from the start. He was a proven winner and was a big reason we won the bowl game last year. His athleticism would have helped out a sub-par o-line all those years. It is not like we ever had a good QB during his years...
Not feeling very confident on this one. Arkansas is just further along than we are in the building process. It is what it is right now, but I hope we can clean up some of last week's mess and somehow pull this one out.
Did Wanamaker get any PT on the o-line. I liked what he showed last year and seems to have some attitude and nastiness that we have been missing on the line.
I was gone Saturday and thought I’ll watch the replay on SEC network. I had to scroll all they way to next Friday to even see it aired. In the meantime the Alabama game seems like it is on a loop and several others are shown 2-3 times before our game. WTF SEC NETWORK
Does Tanner get some credit here? I have been hammering him for a lot of things, but have to give him credit for this under his watch if it works out like it could
The pressure on Napier will he huge if they struggle this year. Florida fans think they are a storied program, but don't remember just how terrible they were pre-Spurrier. If he does not have success in year 2 they will give him the boot.
