Doug Pederson has turned the Jags around like he did the Eagles to finish the season 9-8.

The Niners get Deebo back for the playoffs following his leg injury that looked pretty bad earlier in the season. Brock Purdy reminds me a lot of Steve Young.

I think the Eagles with Jalen Hurts healthy are the best team in the NFC along with the Niners.

Think the Bills and Chiefs are the best in the AFC.

Bucs and Cowboys should be interesting. Brady is 8-0 lifetime against Dallas. Commanders' rookie Sam Howell made Dallas look bad last night, too. Man, I wish they would lose that "W" on the helmets. Would have been an even greater win if they were still the Redskins for those of us old enough to remember that rivalry. They need to ditch that logo and come up with something else.

Yeah, you know you're getting old when you can't remember half of the team locations and names anymore. For me, the Chargers will always be San Diego, the Raiders will be Oakland, and jumping sports, don't even make me guess what sport are the Cleveland Guardians.

The Bills the Bill hope to win it. they deserve it how many trips to the Super Bowl and 0-4 or 5 times I think?

Some great football this weekend.

All the money in Minneapolis and the Vikings can't buy a play-off win for a long time now. They played better under Bud Grant outside on the frozen tundra. Great shot of him at the game tonight. Dude is 95 years-old. We should all be so lucky.

Vikes have a really impressive stadium. Too bad their teams just aren't that good anymore.

The way Daniel Jones ran tonight when the Giants' offense was bogged down is the way our QB needs to run.

Bucs vs. the Cowboys Monday night should be a great one, but neither team has enough for the Niners and Eagles with a healthy Hurts at QB.

I have watched games here and there over the weekend. The parts of them I watched were all great games.

It is like the NBA...when the playoffs roll around the players take it to another level...and even though he is a Tiger I thought it was awesome that Trevor Lawrence celebrated his comeback win at a local waffle house...he is hard not to like and glad to see him get a win

I have been a chiefs fan for over 50 years, a long wait between super bowl victories, Really hope they can get another super bowl win this year. but either way I hope to watch another exciting super bowl this year.

Dallas K Brett Maher missed 4/5 PATs in Dallas' 31-14 MNF win over the Bucs last night.

I would have hated to be that guy if Tampa Bay had gotten the win.

Gonna be some great games this weekend. Probably the best QB match-ups we have seen in a while. No Covid restrictions this time around, so the stadiums should be rockin', too.

On the regular broadcast TV channels, too, so no WatchESPN delay to deal with, either.

I'm just happy Romo will not commentate the Jacksonville at KC game. This is a great lineup of games and I'll be cheering for Deebo to light up the Cowboys.

Yeah, the Cowboys/Niners game has that "The Catch" vibe to it. Mahomes vs. Lawrence will be pretty good, too, if the Jags don't get blown out.

Jags are playing pretty good right now, but I think the Chefs are going to blow them out today.

Come on Dallas. Please beat the 49ers this weekend.

Dak couldn't beat a 3rd-string Niners' QB who didn't turn the ball over twice like Prescott did. Despite being average height, Brock Purdy didn't make any mistakes.

Too bad about Tony Pollard, too.

The defense showed up for both teams. Should have been a storybook step-up moment for Zeke Elliott, but, nope.

The Cowboys D shut down McCaffrey and Deebo, but George Kittle is that wildcard player that lets it all hang out enough to make a difference.

Divisional round: Jan. 21 and 22

NFC

(1) Philadelphia Eagles 38, (6) New York Giants 7
Jalen Hurts powers Eagles past Giants in rout

(2) San Francisco 49ers 19, (5) Dallas Cowboys 12
49ers battle past Cowboys, head to another NFC title game

AFC
(1) Kansas City Chiefs 27, (4) Jacksonville Jaguars 17
Chiefs advance to fifth straight conference title game with home win

(3) Cincinnati Bengals 27, (2) Buffalo Bills 10
Bengals shut down Bills to set up rematch with Chiefs

Some great NFL playoff football this weekend. Skipped the Eagles' blow-out of the Giants, but watched the rest of the games.

Gonna be some great QB match-ups in the AFC going forward now that Lawrence and the Jags seem to be on-track.

Conference championships: Jan. 29

NFC Championship Game

(2) San Francisco 49ers at (1) Philadelphia Eagles
Sunday, 3 p.m. ET on Fox

AFC Championship Game
(3) Cincinnati Bengals at (1) Kansas City Chiefs
Sunday, 6:30 p.m. ET on CBS

Mahomes suffered a bad high-ankle sprain in the Jags game. I think the Bengals prevail next weekend because of that.

Eagles/Niners should be a great game, too.

Haven't been this excited about the playoffs in a long time.
