The first commitment of the 2016 class, linebacker JaCorey Morris (Grove Hill, Ala./Clarke County), will not sign with South Carolina. There has been little communication between the new staff since their arrival and Morris, who is rated as a three-star prospect and the fifth-highest ranked commitment in the class.
