I know the Clemson game is not our next game, blah blah blah, watch out for Wofford.....but thinking ahead to the night game in Death Valley.....
We are playing at 7PM in late November. The chances of it being cold are high. If cold, I think this could be a significant factor in slowing down Clemson's passing attack. So far, neither CU or USC have played in a cold game.
The cold can be a major disadvantage for teams that rely on passing and is less of a disadvantage for a physical team that can run the ball. We've lost some of the umph of our running game with Lattimore out, but the Zone Read and Connor Shaw might prove to be a clear cut advantage that night....if it is 50 degrees or colder.
