Arden Key sets Auburn official
Four-star defensive end Arden Key, a longtime South Carolina commit, will officially visit Auburn on Jan. 30.
"They've always been a factor I've just never really talked about it," Key said.
Key is the No. 5 weak-side end in the 247Sports Composite.
To squeeze in the Auburn visit he will try to reschedule a previously planned Georgia official.
Key spoke with new Auburn defensive coordinator Will Muschamp on Monday.
"He talked to both me and my dad and told me about how he would use me in the defense there," Key said.
Key added, "I kind of like Muschamp. I think he is going to help out Auburn. And they're losing like eight defensive linemen so I can come in and play right away."
