Apollo 11 Astronaut Mike Collins has passed away at 90 due to cancer. Following the Apollo 11 flight he returned to military flying, as he knew none of the Apollo 11 crew would ever go into space again. This decision resulted in his being in his being one of the few astronauts to achieve General Officer rank. I remember the Apollo 11 flight well, as I followed it from our quarters on Sheppard AFB, TX. Where were you?
