Auburn Friday night offers offensive tackles with strong Gamecock ties, commitment Isaiah Jatta and official visitor Elijah Philippe. Asked Friday night if the Auburn offer had any impact on his commitment, Jatta responded, “Not at all. Nothing to worry about. Just posting success.”
Philippe took an official visit to the Gamecocks in June and is very strong on the Gamecocks. However, his recruiting game plan was to go thru his season at Lackawanna JC, PA, and see what other offers he might generate, so he remains very much in play for other programs.
