Culpepper, Richardson visit USC over the weekend

DB Naytron Culpepper of Miami and ATH Tancey Richardson of South Aiken paid visits to USC over the weekend and got a chance to talk with Gamecock coaches.
Culpepper was in on Friday.
“It was great and we were greeted well,” Culpepper said. “I can come inn and have an impact on the team early. (Coach Travaris Robinson) loves my style of play and my length. I’m high on the Gamecocks right now and have a top 10 coming soon.”
Culpepper also has visited Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Western Michigan and Eastern Michigan.
Richardson has been hearing recently from Robinson and thought he was coming to his scrimmage Friday but he didn’t make it. So, Richardson went to USC Sunday and got a chance to check out the facilities.
“It was a good visit,” Richardson said. “I saw them putting new turf in the stadium and building the new practice facility. “It was good. He (Robinson) really likes me and he said be patient. It’s (an offer) coming he said. Coach McClendon said I was really good player and and underrated player I should be expecting an offer soon.”
Wake Forest was by on Monday to check on Richardson who has offers from Colorado State, Mississippi State, Southern Miss, Coastal Carolina and Charleston Southern.
