The game looks super.  I am just in the intro which includes a tutorial.  No bugs yet.  However my poor old rig won't let me experience the game's full beauty.  I would love to pick up a value RTX graphics card but they are sold out everywhere. I currently have a gtx 1070 ti and an i5 8600.  Not enough horses for any decent frame rate and certainly no ray tracing.  According to this I maybe better off playing in the cloud.

Sony has now pulled the game from the PS store and is offering refunds.  Microsoft still has it for sale on X-box but is offering refunds for any who want one.  Consoles seem to be where most of the bugs are

Yeah, I heard play on PC wasn't too bad...just console that was so buggy as to be nearly unplayable.  This has to put a serious hurting on CD Projekt Red's year -- although CNET is calling it the Game of the Year for 2021, because they are figuring the bugs will be worked out by then.  Although, how do you postpone it multiple times in 2020 and still release something so broken?
