DB Derrick Tindal will take more visits

3 star DB Derrick Tindal 6'1"170lbs of Ft. Lauderdale committed to Indiana last week but plans to take the rest of his official visits. The cornerback said he is scheduled to visit Syracuse this coming weekend, USC on the 24th and NC State on the 31st. He also has offers from Cincinnati, Marshall, Pittsburgh, Georgia Tech, Wisconsin and Akron. Tindal last talked with USC recruiter Grady Brown about two weeks ago. "He was telling me I have an offer and he said he wants me to come up and visit and decide on what I want to do," he said. Right now, Tindal said he doesn't know that much about the Gamecocks. "I know they've got Steve Spurrier and it's in the SEC." Tindal has visited Indiana and he said his commitment remains in place while he takes his visits. He will announce a final decision on Signing Day. This season Tindal had 52 tackles and 3 interceptions.
