DE Dante Sawyer tells Gamecock fans not to worry

DE Dante Sawyer, 6'3" 250lbs the USC signee who will attend East Mississippi JC this season, attempted to allay the fears of Gamecock fans today about his future plans. On his Twitter account Friday, Sawyer wrote, “and I'm still a gamecock..I'm not going anywhere in case yal were wondering.” Sawyer decided to enroll early at the junior college after earning his GED so that he could begin the process of becoming eligible to enroll at USC. His plans is to earn his junior college degree in the spring of 2015 and then enroll at USC that summer.
