Ebrima Dibba

Ebrima Dibba gave his official commitment to Lamont Paris today. Dibba is a 6'6" point guard transfer from Coastal Carolina who averaged 8.1 points per game on 45.9% shooting/35.5% 3-point last season. Dibba also led the Chanticleers and the Sun Belt Conference with 173 assists last year, averaging 5.5 per game.

Another intriguing get for Lamont Paris. Has lots of tools... speed, ability to steal the ball well, good court vision. Tall for a PG. How does that translate to SEC play? That remains to be seen. But a pretty quality grab for a coach with lots of holes to fill in his roster, in my estimation.

Encouraging that he lead the team in assist. Maybe we will get an actual true point guard. Shot 80% from the free throw line last year as well. That will be a welcome site on our team.
