That’s when an elite recruit intends to secretly reveal his college plans well before signing day to his family and his future college coach … with the expectation that it will remain a secret. But it’s a hard thing to pull off.
Jamyest Williams, who is rated as one of the nation’s top 10 2017 prospects at cornerback, is contemplating the idea of a “secret commitment.”
