Family reunion bringing Cureton to SC

And while in the state the San Jose State commitment plans to visit USC. Cureton reported an offer from the Gamecocks in April but hasn’t had that much contact with them between then and now. He has talked recently with quarterbacks coach Kurt Roper. “Not necessarily much in regards to increasing interest, but just a brief introduction, and then Coach Roper and I had a conversation about the feel of South Carolina and the environment. He asked me how I felt I would transition and he said he would like to see me in person.” Cureton had major numbers last season passing for 3787 yards, rushing for 773 yards and totaling 34 touchdowns. He also lists offers from Alabama, Colorado State, LSU, Boston College and others.[/COLOR]
