Former South Carolina QB Connor Shaw tweets he’s signing with Chicago Bears

Connor Shaw is getting another shot at the playing in the NFL with the Chicago Bears.
Shaw posted on Twitter a picture of himself signing paperwork with the caption, “Grateful to get back in a Bears uniform. Colossians 3:17.”
Shaw went undrafted out of South Carolina before first being signed by the Cleveland Browns. This past offseason Shaw signed with the Bears but suffered a season-ending leg injury in the preseason.
In his time at South Carolina, Shaw threw for over 6,000 career yards and 56 touchdowns. He has one career start in the NFL, which came with the Browns. The Bears have yet to decide on what they will do with quarterback Jay Cutler.
