Four-star South Carolina DB target set to announce tomorrow

Jaycee Horn, a four-star defensive back and son of former NFL player Joe Horn, is one of the top South Carolina recruiting targets still on the board.
He’ll reveal his choice Thursday.
 
Horn will announce on a 7 p.m. Facebook live video. The Alpharetta, Ga., defensive back’s top teams are the Gamecocks, Tennessee and Alabama.
