All the years ACC and other conferences complained because the humans were biased in the polls, now that the computers are running the BCS polls and using factors like SOS it is wrong...
Just so taters and seminoles understand the concept:
FSU- 9-1, SOS 90, versus top 10 0-0, versus top 30 1-0, ELO Chess (Big in the BCS factor) #34.
taters- 9-1, SOS 81, versus top 10 0-0, versus top 30 0-1, ELO Chess #31
Just for comparison:
USC- 8-2, SOS 30, versus top 10 1-2, versus top 30 1-2, ELO Chess #8
LSU- 8-2, SOS 21, versus top 10 2-2, versus top 30 3-2, ELO Chess #6
The ACC as a conference is trying to exploit how aweful the conference is using Boise State tatics, rack up wins against the worst teams in the NCAA then complain... Why is a 2 loss USC ranked higher in the BCS, we only have 1 loss? I feel I have a much better understanding of the BCS polls now, I couldnt understand why Florida didnt fall out of the top 10 after last week but after reviewing their data had the human element been their as Fisher wants the human factor would have punished UF despite their accomplishments.

Polls are not perfect by any means but keep an eye on the ACC, they may have one or two teams with a decent record, earning that record against sub par competition, then like BSU cry when they don't get the rankings in only their minds they deserve...
