Future Stadium Expansion?

It looks like all of our games this year will probably sell out...except for maybe coastal. While saying that, if this trend continues for the next couple of years, do you guys see talk of stadium expansion picking back up. I'm not sure what we could do in the endzone now that the new board is there. Build on each side of it? What do you guys think? Should we look to expand? Or just fine tune what we currently have?

 
Stadium expansion will be determined by the sale of season tickets, not just sell outs.

Right now USC has a seating capacity 80,250. There is an attendance capacity of 85,200.

We sold around 62,000 season tickets for the 2013 season. Which means around 18,000 were sold as single game tickets so far this season, to either away team fans or USC fans purchasing tickets for just 1 game.

Until the Season Ticket purchases get into the 70,000's, I don't see us expanding the stadium. Even if we did so, how would we do it?

Would we build an upper North Endzone to match the South's? When we did that last time it added about 7,500 seasts.

Would we "bowl in" the South endzone's 1st and 2nd levels? Doing so could be a structural challenge, and I couldn't see us squeezing more than 4,000 seats with that strategy. If we did it to all 4 corners, we might be able to squeeze 8,000.

Also, if we bowled in the entire South Endzone, all the way to the top, we could add about 14,000 seats. (I don't think we would go for that option unless we were selling 75,000+ season tickets.

 
I think they should tear down WB and start from scratch. Face it - it's very cramped and uncomfortable and the amenities suck. Build a super nice brand new stadium that seats about 90,000 and make if like the redskins stadium - a bowl shape with two huge video boards and give people some space!

They should build a dome like the cowboys. Go big or go home.
