The schedule sets up nicely this year compared to the last 2 this one is much better for getting to the SEC title game. Gamecocks beat UGA there is the highly possibility they will be 9-0 going into the Florida game with an open date and chance to clinch the SEC east title. We should be favored against everybody before Florida except maybe UGA. We have the capability of running the table on the regular season. That would be another first for the Gamecocks. One team on this schedule that will be dangerous is Vanderbilt. That coach up there is building a competitor. They play over their heads and could upset the Gamecocks in the Brice if we are not careful. The last 4 games are at home and that is another plus. We have been great at home the past 2 seasons. If the defense can regroup with the loss of the players we lost and with Clowney playing up to his hype we could make it to the NC game. It is not a long shot anymore. South Carolina has arrived as a contender.
