Gamecocks are one of the final two for transfer guard Brevin Galloway
April 25, 20226-2 Brevin Galloway the former Seneca High standout revealed Monday morning he is choosing between South Carolina and Clemson for the final stop of his college journey that included four seasons at the College of Charleston and last season at Boston College.
Galloway, who played only four games in the 2021 season and seven games in the 2017 season, reported on Twitter he’s been granted an extra year of eligibility and thus will have the opportunity to finish out his career where it started, on native soil.
Gallow has exactly 100 college games under his belt. He’s averaged nine points and 2 rebounds per game in his career. He’s known for his deep-three shooting and made 37% of his threes with the Cougars. That figure dropped off last season with the Eagles to 26%. He’s a career 39% shooter overall, 33% from three, and 63% from the line.
One of the biggest games of Galloway’s career occurred last season at Clemson’s Littlejohn Coliseum. Coming off the bench, he hit five three-pointers and scored a season-high 18 points in the Eagles’ upset victory. When the Tigers played at BC, Galloway scored 11 points.
