Gamecocks less than a week from signing day
Jan. 27, 2017
With signing day less than a week away, South Carolina coach Will Muschamp and the Gamecocks coaching staff are making one final push.
They’ll host a slew of official visitors this weekend, many of whom are defensive linemen: 4-star defensive end Robert Beal, a Georgia commitment, 4-star defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw and 3-star defensive end Aaron Sterling, a former Alabama commitment.
South Carolina cornerback commitment Jamyest Williams, a 4-star, is set to make his return, a week after his official to Georgia. Same with 3-star safety Zay Brown, who went to Arkansas State last weekend. Three-star offensive tackle Jordon Carty will round out the official visitor list.
Could all be on board with South Carolina once the fax machines get fired up next Wednesday?
