Gamecocks now lead for Orlando receiver MJ Jarrell

3-star 2017 receiver MJ Jarrell of Orlando, Florida took an official visit to South Carolina this past weekend with his family and all indications are that the visit went extremely well.

Jarrell and his family both came away impressed with the coaches, facilities and academic side of the university and that positive visit has been enough in the last 24 hours to get the Gamecocks trending for Jarrell's commitment. South Carolina was always considered to be a top contender for Jarrell's services and now they have taken a firm hold of the lead in his recruitment. Maryland, Duke and Virginia Tech are the other schools to watch out for at this point in time, and it is possible that Jarrell could attract further offers this summer, but as of today, things look good for the Gamecocks.
