Intercepted! Run the clock out and give Beamer his first 3 game win streak, first road SEC win and confidence. 4-2 with 6 to play and a win over a top 15 team in the country on the road...
Gamecocks win 24-14, to improve to 4-2 (1-2) on the season. A road win over a ranked SEC opponents can never be a bad thing, and this win takes some pressure off of the team for their bowl chances, with Vanderbilt and Missouri still left on the schedule, and Florida and Texas A&M also not exactly looking too impressive this season. We'll play those 4 over 4 consecutive weeks, after this next bye week to heal some players.....
Never thought I'd see the day where the words upset and Kentucky were in the same sentence. Not referring to basketball obviously. I haven't seen any special from Rattler yet. Nothing that would get him drafted this year. I want to see Doty, he's more of a dual threat.

If I was Rattler which of course I am not and the way he is playing, just me might be a good idea to hang out another year here unless he catches fire the last 6 games. . He will not be a first or second-round pick as I see it now. Later and play better rise your stock for next year.
Rattler played a decent second half but still has issues stepping or rolling into pressure. He also throws a lot backing up off his back foot. When he steps into it he’s pretty accurate. I think a lot can be improved on in the off season with coaching and time. I think it was Jordan Rogers commentating the game last night that covered some of the complexities of this offense vs what Rattler had at OU and in HS. Makes sense. Still the OC needs to call to his strengths for the time being. Can’t change the entire offense to fit the QB when the rest of the skill players have more experience. He will get there but we’re seeing the steep learning curve where athletic ability only gets you so far.
